Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made after this window.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and unworn.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
You must contact us at nidhi@navnistore.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Shipping and billing address

Payment details are processed exclusively through Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days across India. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
